Dave’s images have appeared in Calendars from Sierra, Audubon, National Wildlife and Inner Reflections; note cards from Pomegranate/Sierra and Palm Press; magazines including Audubon, Sierra, National Wildlife, Big Backyard, Sojurns, National Parks and Conservation; and books from Farcountry Press, McGraw Hill, Pearson Education and many other publications.
Welling is the principal Photographer for the book Texas Wildlife Protfolio. He recently released a new coffee-table book, Sanctuary, a 120 page book of stories and images of wildlife rescue animals he has known during his 27 year relationship with the Wildlife Waystation. Dave is a member of the American Society of Media Photographers-ASMP, and a charter member of the North American Nature Photographers' Association-NANPA.
