Dave Wyman brings a vivid passion to his photography and inspires an unmatched level of enthusiasm with readers. Mr. Wyman's photographs and articles have appeared in a variety of national publications, including Backpacker, Outdoor Photographer, Cross-Country Ski, Outside and many others. He has authored three distinguished pictorial guidebooks -- Backroads of Northern California (2000);  Backroads of Southern California (2005);  Yosemite in Photographs (2005); and his latest book, Fearless Photographer: Nature (2016) which will be available for purchase at C&F's event.

Dave founded and conducts trips for Image Quest, a photography tour company that explores the Western and Southwestern Unites States. He created the Adventure Photography program for the University of Southern California and has conducted photography programs and workshops for Yosemite and Death Valley, for UCLA, as well as for the San Diego, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Natural History Museums. When he's not conducting a photography tour, completing an assignment, or writing for his blog, Dave is apt to be riding his bicycle or hiking up a mountain, his camera at the ready.
